The love of wood fired cooking, wine and fresh local ingredients. The name firevine is the union of two of my favorite experiences cooking with "fire" and eating and drinking from the "vine."  The first time I experienced a traditional wood fired pizza, I was hooked, it sparked a passion for this timeless tradition and firevine was born. After hosting many build your own pizza party’s at our home for friends and family, we considered opening a traditional restaurant with a wood-fired oven. The idea evolved into a custom built authentic mobile wood fired oven so we can bring our passion and this experience to you. The ambiance of the flame and the cooking properties of a wood fired oven truly creates a unique culinary experience.
